Care instructions
Care Tips to get wrinkles out of your veil and to soften the tulle:
Your veil will need to be steamed to release the wrinkles and soften the tulle to give it a nice flow. First, remove the veil from its packaging as soon as it arrives and hang it up until you can steam it. You can use a hand-held steamer or place it in a steamy bathroom during a hot shower. Or you can have whomever is steaming your dress steam your veil as well.
Never iron a veil as it will most likely ruin it!

Return Policy
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us right away and we will work with you to try to find a solution. If we have overlooked a flaw, we will take care of it right away. In addition, we can often alter your veil to make your veil exactly what you want.
Please order our free tulle swatches to choose the best color veil to match your dress. Please order your size, style and color carefully. Please ask all questions before purchase - we are happy to help you choose the perfect veil.
Because our accessories are made to order and are easily damaged, we do not allow returns or exchanges. We want to provide all our brides with brand new accessories for their wedding, not items that have already been tried on, worn or handled.
Sizing details
Please note that our veils come in many different lengths. The most popular sizes such as elbow and fingertip have a range of lengths. For example, a fingertip length veil is usually between 36" and 40" long. Whether this veil will actually reach your fingertip when worn will depend on your height and where you are wearing the veil in your hairstyle.
What we recommend is that you have someone measure for you from where you will be wearing the veil on your head to where you want it to end on your gown. Then you will better know what length to order.
